Automatic lid opening and closing system
The lid can be opened / closed just by pressing the switch. Operators can work safely and smoothly without approaching their hands to the chamber opening when opening / closing the lid.

 

Electro-mechanical lid lock system II
Inside the body there are several high rigid sliders which interlock in the circumferential direction.
The electro-mechanical lid lock system II employs the automatic slide lock method that can securely lock the lid by engaging the sliders with the guides provided around the lid.

 

Dual interlock mechanism
The lid is locked by dually detecting the chamber pressure and chamber temperature during operation.
The lock state is maintained even if an operation is manually interrupted.

 

Lock release temperature setting
The lid lock release temperature can be set for every mode and memory number within the range of 60°C  to 97°C.

 

Forced cooling unit
After sterilization, the chamber pressure is lowered by cooling with a fan to shorten the time to unloading.

 

Dual detection system for residual air
The residual air which may cause sterilization failure is dually detected to always maintain the appropriate sterilization conditions for loads.

• The residual air is detected at the process before pressurization (during operation of an air removal timer) and at the process of pressurization air exhaust.

 

Exhaust level setting
An exhaust level can be selected from four levels.
Fine exhaust can be performed automatically, and fine exhaust adjustment is possible even in exhaust.

 

Condensation treatment of steam to reduce unpleasant steam emissions
The steam emitted at exhaust is condensed by a water-cooling unit.
The steam containing unpleasant odors, discharged into the room is reduced.

 

Air removal time setting
The air removal time that is effective for sterilization of Durham tubes etc. can be set.

 

Notification of drainage bottle status
Full water state of a drainage bottle is automatically detected and the state is notified with lamp and sound.

 

Memory function
There are 3 memories for each mode and the set contents are registered.

 

Programmable auto-start function
This is a timer function that starts an operation at the set time.

Operation Cycle of Each Mode

MODE 1: LIQUID		Heating		Sterilization		Variable exhaust
Main applications: Sterilization of liquid, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure steam such as water, culture medium, reagent, reagent solution, liquid medicine, etc., and sterilization of waste using sterilization bag.
MODE 2: AGAR		Heating		Sterilization		Variable exhaust		Warming
Main applications: Sterilization of agar medium (It is warmed at constant temperature to prevent clotting after sterilization.)
MODE 3: SOLID		Heating		Sterilization		Forced exhaust
Main applications: Sterilization of instruments made of glass, ceramic, metal or rubber that can withstand high temperature, high pressure steam and rapid pressure reduction during exhaust.
MODE4: DISSOLUTION		Heating		Warming
Main applications: Dissolution of agar medium (It is warmed at constant temperature to prevent clotting after heating.)

Sterilization tape: Clear color change makes it easy to identify exposure to sterilization process. Sterilization label: Paste directly on the object to be sterilized, you can check the sterilization treatment. After sterilization, the letters "sterilized" appear and it can be easily distinguished from untreated materials. Sterilization bag: There are sterilization bags that are made of paper, roll type or one seal back type.
