Akoya Biosciences
Akoya’s single-cell imaging solutions phenotype cells with spatial context to visualize how they organize and interact to influence disease progression and treatment response.
The PhenoCycler™ Solution (formerly CODEX® Solution), the PhenoImager™ Solution (formerly Phenoptics™ Solution), and the PhenoImager™ HT Instrument (formerly Vectra® Polaris™ Instrument), complement each other to provide a comprehensive solution that serves the diverse needs of researchers across discovery, translational and clinical research in areas of cancer immunology, immunotheraphy and a wide range of pathology research.

"*Detect and measure multiple weakly expressed and overlapping biomarkers within a single H&E, IHC, or IF tissue section and in TMAs *Automatic identification of specific tissue types using integrated inForm® analysis software" Akoya_Vectra 3 Automated Quantitative Pathology Imaging System

Providing unparalleled speed, performance, and throughput, the PhenoImager™ HT Instrument integrates the power of multispectral imaging in a simplified workflow enabling spatial signatures at scale.

*Compact system ideal for getting started with multispectral imaging or for assay development to free up a higher throughput system such as Vectra Polaris *Eyepiece for easy visual checking as you go *Automated Brightfield and multichannel fluorescence (up to nine colors) capabilities *Phenochart™ whole slide viewer for slide navigation provides context for identification of regions of interest within a digital pathology workflow

PhenoCycler antibodies have been tested in multiple types of human FFPE tissue and are conjugated to a distinct PhenoCycler Barcode (BX000). Twenty-five (25) test scan be performed with each kit.

PhenoCycler antibodies for human fresh frozen tissue have been tested using tonsil tissue.

PhenoCycler antibodies for mouse fresh frozen tissue have been tested using spleen tissue and are conjugated to a distinct PhenoCycler barcode (BX000).
