PBSC’s 6Log surface disinfection chamber is a modular design, ideal for material production environments and equipment loads in Bio-Medical, Bio-Pharma and high containment applications. The HPV chambers provide fully integrated decontamination solutions from market leading H202 generator manufacturers ensuring regulatory compliance and consumable traceability.
Effective against a wide range of micro-organisms and viruses, the decon chamber provides a low heat decontamination solution for heat sensitive items such as biologic preparations or electronic equipment. The decontamination chamber is an essential addition to a facility process ethos for material flow, into or out of the critical environment.
The decontamination cycle is initiated via the colour touch screens either side of the chamber. Providing operators with in-cycle data from the chamber and VHP™ generator. The chambers are intuitive allowing ease of use for operators.
On the MD-Ci model the hydrogen peroxide generator is integrated on the chamber or in the building technical area. Both options have a bottle housing and printer mounted on the chamber. Custom integration to a multi-room decontamination system is available.
The chamber includes either a S7-1200 or S7-1500 PLC which monitors and records all critical parameters of each cycle.
Various chamber sizes with pneumatic seal doors are available, from 3’4” x 3’4” up to 10’ x 16’ (WxD)
