Intuitive and Flexible Software

Powered by CSBio's CSPEPM™ software, users can see their peptide sequence, build their own step by step protocol (or utilize the provided proven standard protocols), synthesize with unlimited flexibility in protocols by amino acid allowing for different chemistries within the same peptide sequence, and perform capping or double/triple coupling on selective amino acids within the same.

Temperature Control

Using jacketed reaction vessels, the CS136X can circulate chilled or heated water from 5°C to 90°C around the reaction during the entire synthesis. Creating a uniform and regulated temperature environment with no localized spikes which can cause racemization in your peptide.
