Drivers (controllers) for the Chromaster, Hitachi's high-speed liquid chromatograph. The Chromaster can be used with Waters® Empower™3 chromatographic data station software. The drivers use the Empower™3 OIP*¹ general-purpose software device control interface. The Hitachi liquid chromatography system is controlled by Empower™3, and data from the Hitachi liquid chromatography system is collected by Empower™3.

High durability and pressure resistance enable performance. The LachromUltra II C18 columns enable both ultrahigh-speed analysis and ultrahigh-resolution analysis. The LaChromUltra II columns are packed with composed material comprised of organic-inorganic silica, providing improved physical and chemical durability over that of conventional silica gel particles. To maximize the high-pressure performance inherent to UHPLC, a 250-mm-long column with 1.9-µm particles has been added to the product lineup.
