TSA® Plus tetramethylrhodamine (TMR) detection kit, for amplification of signal in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) or in situ hybridization protocols. This kit amplifies by depositing extra TMR in the localized area of the probe or antibody.
TSA Plus Fluorescence Systems:
