Details
TSA® biotin reagent pack, for amplification of signal in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) or in situ hybridization protocols. These reagents amplify by depositing extra biotin in the localized area of the probe or antibody.
TSA Biotin Kits use horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to catalyze covalent deposition of biotin labels directly adjacent to the immobilized enzyme. The labeling reaction is quick (less than 10 minutes) and deposited labels can be detected with streptavidin conjugates for imaging in brightfield or fluorescence microscopy.
The TSA Biotin System contains:
- 1X Amplification Diluent (15 mL)
- TSA Biotin (1 vial, dry, dissolve in 300 μL DMSO)
- Streptavidin-HRP (150 μL)
- Blocking Reagent (3 g)
TSA Plus Biotin contains:
- 1X Plus Amplification Diluent (15 mL)
- TSA Plus Biotin (1 vial, dry, dissolve in DMSO)
The TSA Biotin Reagent Pack contains:
- 1X Amplification Diluent (60 mL)
- TSA Biotin (4 vials, dry, dissolve each in 300 μL DMSO)
