Overview
PhenoCycler barcodes used in combination with a PhenoCycler conjugation kit allow users to design custom antibody panels. Each Kit contains one tube of the lyophilized barcode and two tubes of reporters enough to perform between ten (10) to fifty (50) stains depending on yield and titer.
Each PhenoCycler antibody is conjugated to a unique oligonucleotide sequence, referred to as the PhenoCycler Barcode. Each PhenoCycler Barcode, in turn, is complementary to a unique PhenoCycler Reporter. Reporter is comprised of a fluorescent dye and a short oligonucleotide.
Therefore, by ordering the barcodes below from the list below, you will still need to order your own antibody and reporter to make the PhenoCycler Barcode containing the antibody with the conjugated barcode and the PhenoCycler Reporter.
