The Opal 3-Plex Anti-Rb Detection Kit contains:
- 3 reactive fluorophores (Opal 520, Opal 570 and Opal 690)
- DMSO
- 10X Spectral DAPI
- 1X Plus Automation Amplification Diluent
- 1X Antibody Diluent/Block
- Opal Anti-Rb HRP
Users should source primary antibodies and other workflow reagents separately.The Opal 3-Plex Anti-Rb Detection Kit has been optimized for use on the Leica Biosystems BOND RX with mouse FFPE tissue and configured and validated for imaging on the Mantra 2, Vectra 3, PhenoImager Fusion, and PhenoImager HT Systems. These immunohistochemistry kits contain enough reagents to stain up to 50-slides at the recommended 1:150 dilution ratio.
