Overview

This furnace is only available with a flap door which can be used as work platform when loading or unloading. Fast heating times due to heating elements encased and protected in quartz glass tubes provide efficient heating. The combination of dual shell housing and superior insulation materials results in a very efficient power consumption.

The LE 24/11 is especially interesting as it is connected to the 220-240 V single phase whereas our model L(T) 24/11 is only available with three phase connection. Moreover, the new LE 24/11 – as the whole LE series – has an excellent temperature uniformity of +/- 5 K in the empty workspace at temperatures > 800°C.
The PID-temperature controller is designed for a simple operation equipped with one set temperature, which is dwelled until the controller is switch off.
Of course, the furnace can also be equipped with our various types of chimneys.

  1. Defined space inside furnace where the temperature uniformity is valid
  2. Continuous operation at maximum temperature can lead to increased wear of the heating elements, thermocouples or isolation. We recommend operation at approx. 50 °C below the maximum temperature.
