Bag-In /Bag-Out Housing (hereinafter referred to as BIBO) adopts fully enclosed bag entry and exit design, which can effectively isolate the pollution of radioactive gases, pathogens and toxic chemicals, provide users with a safe and reliable environment, effectively prevent secondary air pollution, and ensure the safety of operators.


Applications

Usually used in medical care, pharmaceutical engineering, microelectronics factory, nuclear industry and biochemical laboratories and other fields.
The design of single or multiple filtration system is adopted: the single filtration system has only one high efficiency filter; the multiple filtration system can increase the middle and middle efficiency filter section, the chemical filter section, the activated carbon filter section and the double high efficiency filter section.

 

Advantages

Modular design, compact structure, easy to transport, the use of building blocks stacked installation design, to meet the requirements of large volume air filtration, stacked up to three layers, can effectively save space.
The cabinet body is strong and has strong pressure resistance. The cabinet body is made of 304 stainless steel or high quality cold rolled steel (electrostatic spraying). The maximum resistance pressure is 2500 Pa positive pressure and 3000 Pa negative pressure.
The replacement of the filter is simple and reliable. The filter is pressed by fast pressure, and the screw bolts are reduced. It is easy to operate in the bag and ensures the reliability of the pressure. Equipped with auxiliary mobile device, it is convenient to replace the filter.
Optional filter, high air volume or PTFE high strength filter, shock resistance, prevent filter damage. The maximum air volume of box filter can reach 4000 CMH and the maximum efficiency of PTFE can reach U16 (EN1822).
