GenScript excels in developing magnetic bead products for biomolecule separation. CytoSinct™ magnetic beads use immunomagnetic cell separation technology, combining antibody-based purification specificity with nanoparticle gentleness.

The CytoSinct™ manual cell isolation platform includes antigen-specific paramagnetic nanobeads, a column, and a magnetic separator. These nanometer-sized, biodegradable matrix-coated beads are non-toxic, user-friendly, ensuring highly efficient cell isolation. CytoSinct™ columns amplify the magnetic field for effective separation with minimal labeling. Isolated cells are compatible with downstream applications like cell culture, activation, expansion, flow cytometry, and translational research.

Highly Efficient CD4+CD8+T Cell Isolation from PBMCs

Purity, recovery, and viability are crucial characteristics of cells post-isolation. CytoSinct™ Nanobeads, being nanometer-sized, enable gentle and efficient isolation of target cells. This ensures that your post-isolation cells are suitable for a variety of downstream applications.

 

PBMCs were isolated using CytoSinct™ CD4 Nanobeads, human (RUO) (Cat# L00863) and CytoSinct™ CD8 Nanobeads, human (RUO) (Cat# L00864), theresults shows high purity(A,B), high recovery(C) and high viability(D).
 

Comparing to the similar products from the competitor, GenScript CytoSinct™ Nanobeads can provide the target cells with high purity and recovery rate.

Subpopulation phoenotype of post-isolation cells is important for functional and phenotypic studies. Non-T subpopulations like monocyte and NK cells could impact the efficacy of T-cells or therapeutic CAR-T and TCR-T generated from the enrichment. GenScript CytoSinctTM NanoBeads for CD4 and CD8 T-cell isolation efficiently minimize non-T composition in the enrichment population.

Enceed™ — World Leading T Cell Activation Reagent

GenScript Enceed™ T cell activation uses CD3 and CD28 as the activation marker for in vitro activation and expansion of human T cells. Comparing to the similar products from the competitor, activated T cells using Enceed™ can obtain higher expansion folds and larger total amount of TSCM+TCM, which is greatly beneficial for the downstream application.

(A) Isolated CD4+CD8+T cells were activated using the Enceed™ T cell activation reagent from GenScript, comparing with the similar activation product from the competitor. After the activation, the cell samples were cultured and expanded for 48 hours, and the CD25+ & CD69+ expression were detected by flowcytometry and shown.

(B) To show the expansion status after the activation, isolated T cells were stained with CFSE before and 7 days after the activation.

(C) The expansion folds of the activated T cells were shown along the course of 17 days with the comparison of the activated T cells using competitor's product.

(D) The memorial phenotypes of the activated T cells were monitored and shown on Day 12 and Day 17 after the activation.
