The Singapore International Food Forum (SIFF) is a scientific platform where international and local researchers and stakeholders from government, industry and academia convene to share and discuss the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in the area of food science and technology. Renowned speakers from the Asia Pacific region, the US and Europe will be sharing on some of the challenges in emerging food technologies and urban food solutions.
