Adelphi Manufacturing
Adelphi is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of laboratory, processing, filling and packaging equipment, serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, cosmetics, food and beverage, chemicals, and veterinary products. The company provides solutions ranging from small-scale laboratory and pilot equipment to production and packaging machinery, including liquid filling, capping, labelling, mixing and blending systems. Adelphi also offers custom engineering, stainless-steel fabrication, machine servicing, refurbishment, testing and training, with a strong focus on supporting customers from laboratory development through to production.

The Adelphi XYZ Distributor II is a compact, high-precision filling system designed for small batch production, laboratory and R&D environments. Combining the filling head and XYZ base into a single integrated unit, it delivers accurate, repeatable filling while maintaining a clean, contamination-free operation. Bottles are arranged in predefined patterns on adjustable trays for filling with single start. Designed for use with Adelphi peristaltic filling technology, the system enables automated filling of bottles and vials arranged in trays, with precise XYZ movement and controlled nozzle positioning.

The Apollo I Liquid Inspection Unit is designed for reliable visual inspection of clear liquid pharmaceutical injections and intravenous infusions in transparent containers, helping operators detect unwanted particulate contamination. It features a double polarised inspection system that enhances particle visibility, along with 1.7× magnification and bright, consistent LED illumination for accurate inspection. Its ergonomic design includes adjustable height and viewing angle, while black-finished components minimise distracting reflections. Easy to set up and supplied with IQ/OQ documentation on request, the Apollo I supports efficient operation and GMP validation requirements in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

The Apollo II Dimmable Liquid Inspection Unit is designed for flexible visual inspection under adjustable lighting conditions, featuring an integrated LED dimmer with a 1,200–3,750 lux range. When set between 2,000 and 3,750 lux, it meets EP, BP and USP visual inspection requirements. Dual reversible inspection panels—a matt black panel for light-coloured particles and a non-glare white panel for dark particles—enhance detection accuracy. Its flicker-free 4,000 K LED illumination, adjustable height and viewing angle support consistent, comfortable inspections, while tool-free assembly and a foldable design make it convenient for storage and space-limited environments.

The Apollo II High Intensity Liquid Inspection Unit is designed for visual inspection of coloured glass, translucent plastic containers, and turbid or coloured liquid preparations where standard lighting may be insufficient. It provides powerful 8,000–10,000 lux illumination with contrasting black and white inspection panels to improve particulate detection. The unit complies with EP 2.9.20, BP 2.9.20 and USP <1790> Section 6.1 requirements, while its adjustable height and viewing angle support operator comfort. With long-life 50,000-hour LED lighting, tool-free assembly, fold-flat storage and optional IQ/OQ documentation, it offers a practical solution for GMP-regulated environments.

The Apollo II 6500K Liquid Inspection Unit uses 6,500 K daylight-equivalent LED lighting to provide consistent conditions for assessing liquid clarity, colour and particulate contamination. With adjustable illumination from 2,000–3,750 lux, it supports EP 2.9.20, BP 2.9.20 and USP <1790> Section 6.1 requirements. Dual black and white inspection panels enhance visibility of both light and dark particulates, while adjustable height and viewing angle improve operator comfort. The unit also features 50,000-hour LED lighting, tool-free assembly, foldable storage and optional IQ/OQ documentation for GMP validation.
