Project/Engineering Assistant
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance services for
laboratory equipment
- New instrument preparation, installation and customer familiarization training
- Ensure timely and effective response to customers
- Provide technical/Engineering support to both internal/external customers, field
commissioning and responsible for problem rectification
- Undertake all duties assigned by project manager
Requirements:
- NITEC (ITE) / Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skill ad team player
- Willing to travel and possess own transport

Marketing Co-ordination cum Sales Support Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
- Maintaining customer records
- Assist the Marketing team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate or Diploma
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Science discipline. Degree holder interested in office sales are encouraged to apply
- At least 1 year experience in customer and sales support will be beneficial. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales & marketing of scientific, laboratory & research instruments to the scientific research community and industries
- Engage key account customers, source out new accounts and other business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling inquiries and eventual sales order
- Managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities
Requirements:
